A Day in a Frontend Engineer's Life:

  • Take responsibility for developing a user-friendly and versatile application
  • Develop new features and improve the stability of the front-end application using Angular 14 which powers both our web and native mobile app
  • Work closely within your cross-functional Scrum Team consisting of UX, front-end, back-end and QA engineers
  • Build things the right way and pursue clean code
  • Work disciplined, improve constantly, bring new ideas and co-pilot our clients

Technically, you have:

  • You’re highly skilled in Angular 2+, RxJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SCSS
  • You know how to define and integrate with REST APIs
  • You have knowledge of Unit Testing
  • Sure, it would be great if you also have knowledge of Mobile development, Azure or UX design… but: your ability and motivation to learn new tools and techniques are more important ;-)

A Day in Backend Engineer’s Life:

  • Implement, integrate and develop innovative solutions while working closely with the Product Owner
  • Considerations of scalability, maintainability, testability, and cost-effectiveness in the Azure Cloud are second nature to you
  • Set new standards and policies to continuously improve the quality of the team
  • Take responsibility in coaching and growing other team members
  • Strive to build things the right way and pursue clean code
  • You enjoy learning new tools and techniques. Depending on your skills and aspirations, we have a lot of space to grow
  • You use your growth and learning mindset to source new ideas and continuously come up with new ways to improve our platform, processes, and tools
  • Work disciplined, improve constantly, bring new ideas, and co-pilot our clients
  • On-duty rotations (1 week every 6 weeks)

Technically, you have and know:

  • 4+ years of C# / .NET, .Net Core building large scale, complex platforms
  • Microsoft Azure knowledge, experience
  • SQL and NoSQL experience
  • Object-oriented paradigms and SOLID principles
  • Defining and integrating REST APIs
  • SCRUM and Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge of Elastic Search and GraphQL is an advantage
  • Experience with one of the distributed systems: RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, AWS SNS

Your tasks will be to:

  • Design, create, own, and maintain our systems and service deployments (Azure-based)

  • Implement DevOps best practices into product delivery lifecycle

  • Create high-quality scripts for efficient deployments, Big Brother-like monitoring, and application management scripts

  • Improve our infrastructure for better scalability, security, and fault tolerance

  • Manage professionally incidents, with high-quality root cause analysis and postmortems

  • Facilitate delivery of the product to the client with the necessary safeguards to maintain stability, high availability, and performance

  • Work with the development team on product architecture

Technically, you have:

  • Proficiency in configuring and deploying Docker containers

  • 4+ years of experience in Azure Technologies

  • Experience in managing production Kubernetes cluster

  • Experience with shell scripting or another scripting language

  • Ability to create pre-and post-approval Workflows & Stage Gates, Manage Azure DevOps User roles and Custom Roles

  • Experienced in working with .NET Core applications

  • Fluency in English

  • Bonus points: Passed certifications AZ-300 and AZ-301

  • Backend developer experience will be an advantage

What you’ll do :
  • You will be working across the full business lifecycle - from idea validation, product discovery, MVP definition, scoping and release to Production.
  • You'll be partnering with a product designer, using UX principles to create wireframes to describe user journeys and create a prototype that can be taken into a full UI design.
  • You'll be representing the clients' and users' interests and you will be the clients' main contact with respect to the needs and wishes of our clients and their users.
  • You'll manage the backlog and decide on the priorities, based on a thorough assessment of value for our clients and in line with our mission.
  • You'll monitor the progress of the sprints/development and will be responsible for the product demos (internal and with the clients)
  • You'll use your growth and learning mindset to source innovative ideas and continuously come up with new ways to improve our platform and processes.

Product Role requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years as a Product Owner/Product Manager position (or similar) in a Software development company
  • Experience in communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in creating and owning a product roadmap or strategy
  • Experience in scoping and defining products/features and creating sprint plans
  • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products
  • You are comfortable using lean, agile, and software development lifecycle frameworks
  • You have enough technical understanding to work closely with engineers and act as a translator between engineers and non-technical founders
  • You are receptive to feedback and can give constructive feedback
  • Advanced English — both spoken and written

  • Structured, disciplined, and strong planner
  • Excellent communicator and listener with an analytical mind
  • Challenging the status quo is second nature to you
  • You have a positive, strong, and energetic personality
